Real-estate developments continue in prime areas of the Philippines’ metropolis. While growth areas are primarily in the cities of Taguig, Makati, and the Ortigas areas, Manila is not far behind.
Manila still offers areas of growth and redevelopments such as the busy Taft Avenue. In fact, New San Jose Builders Inc. (NSJBI), the premier developer of Victoria De Manila 2 Condominium recently celebrated a momentous event.

The Shovels Are Ready!
Peak of Victoria de Manila 2
NSJBI recently held its Topping-Off Ceremony last April 27, 2017 which took place at the VDM 2 site located at Taft Avenue cor. Gen Malvar St. in Manila. This milestone symbolizes the celebration of constructing the highest part of a building’s architecture which means that the topmost part is done and is on its way to completion.
