Dirty Jobs PH Mobile App Launched!

As an active netizen and reader of Blogger Manila, I’m sure you have heard of Uber and Grab mobile applications which has recently revolutionised how Filipinos utilise a private transport system done right. Well,  last night, I discovered a similarly promising enterprise, yet again tapping the power and platform of mobile applications – Dirty Jobs PH!

As the name suggests, Dirty Jobs (DirtyJobs.ph) is an all in one online platform for services catering day to day needs of a household such as laundry, pet needs, gardening, moving-houses services, and more! It’s both accessible through the website and mobile app.

It’s a perfect fit for those who needs manpower for common household and special services specially to consumers who don’t have the luxury of time to do it themselves! In short, those of us who don’t have “helpers” and house maids at home; or even for young couples who lives in condominiums.

In the Dirty Jobs PH launch last night , DirtyJobs.ph General Manager Jeffrey Cruz oriented its guests, partners, and members of the media on how to install and use the website and mobile application.

It was revealed that a user simply needs to book a service request which uniquely undergoes “bidding“. Dirty Jobs in turn, serves as a partner for service providers, that connect them to new clients and potential markets.

The “bidding” is part of the system to get the service in the best possible price, for the benefit of the customer. The process involves a number of reliable partner service providers who will “bid” to “win” a particular service request within a minimum of five (5) hours.

As for payment, the consumer can choose to pay by credit card, cash on delivery, and through Paypal. Debit cards will be available as well in the near future. Perhaps GCash and PayMaya will be added options soon, as well!

As a hub of service providers, Dirty Jobs has taken upon itself the advocacy of ensuring quality for its customers by making sure that their roster of service providers are curated and is serious about the business to avoid fly-by-night services. This is also a form of protection to would be customers from the general public and users of the system.

We also registered and used the app in their experience zone. Blogger Manila will share an actual booking and how the service provider came about delivering their service in real life, perhaps through a separate article review / feature.

More Devlopments Ahead

In the near future, expect more developments form DirtyJobs as they will soon launch “DJ Elite” and “DJ Express“.

The former will be a consumers personal online butler where you will no longer have to think who, which or where to book these service providers anymore. You will just have to schedule what service request you need.

The latter will be a motorcycle logistics service, connecting end users of the platform to individual motorcycle drivers and/or owners, to pick up and deliver an item in a transaction swiftly. More on these in another launch!
