iBlog 7 : Philippine Blogging Summit This Weekend!



Philippine bloggers will converge this weekend for the annual blogging summit called ‘iBlog‘ where they share and discuss blogging and internet related matters.

On its seventh year,  iBlog7 happens on April 1 & 2, 2011 at the Malcolm Theater of the UP College of Law in University of the Philippines (Diliman), Quezon City. Table registration starts 8 am and seminars/talks last unitl 5 pm.

iBlog7 is a 2-day event that discusses topics about blogging, internet marketing, and related matters. The target audiences are bloggers (newbie to mature), businesses owners, and entrepreneurs.

My Day 2 Talk

I have attended iBlog since iBlog4 and I would say that I learned a lot from it and has grown since then. This year, it’s my turn to pay it forward and give back by sharing some of my knowledge and basic insights on Day 2 with the simple topic of Blogging 101 with focus on relevance of the practice and characteristics of a blogger.

Although online registration has already closed due to high turn out of registrants at more than 600, walk-ins may be accepted if space permits.

Moreover, only the first 250 registered participants to come early (on or before 9 am) will be given food stub and participant kit.

iBlog7 is organized by UP-ISP (UP College of Law organization) and Janette Toral of DigitalFilipino.
