Having been recognized in the past two years for my Philippine travel blog in 2009 and my restaurant food blog in 2010, it is heartwarming that the blogging community has continued their support for my newest baby that talks about emerging media – Blogger Manila.
Fellow food blogger 'Certified Foodies' gets the top spot in EIB 2011
BloggerManila.com was born on October 10, 2010 and discusses mainly about social media, blogging, and online engagements.
I believe it is truly relevant theses days and I’m glad that most of the over 100 bloggers who participated in this writing project by Ms. Janette Toral believed that Blogger Manila is deserving of being recognized as ‘emerging‘ and ‘influential‘ even in it’s young age.

Blogger Manila Accepts Certificate of Recognition

As an expression of my gratitude to those who believed and supported Blogger Manila, we will be having a thanksgiving party which will coincide with our 1st Year Anniversary.
Talks with possible sponsors of the event are ongoing and the target date is either on October 8, 2011 (Saturday) or October 10, 2011 (Monday). It will be an afternoon of learning and fun for our Blogger Manila Club members as we will also have a community-based learning session and a lot of raffle draws as customary in my events.
We will also formally introduce the winners of the Blogger Apprentice program. More updates at the end of this month.
